Mindful meditation is a method of self-care. We can slow things down, have a moment of calm, and a chance to reconnect with your inner self. Meditation can help you process and relax. You don’t need to have any experience or “be good” at it. All you need is a quiet moment.
Meditation is a powerful tool that supports emotional healing and mental clarity during one of life’s most difficult transitions. It helps you:
Reduce stress and anxiety
Sleep better and feel more grounded
Regain emotional balance
Process grief, anger, or fear in a healthy way
Reconnect with your inner strength and values
Whether you’re at the beginning of your divorce journey or somewhere in the middle, mindfulness can help you stay centered, clear-headed, and resilient.
Our sessions are tailored; you don’t need any prior experience—just a willingness to pause, breathe, and begin.
Each session may include:
Guided meditations
Breathing exercises
Affirmations and visualization
Coaching support to help integrate mindfulness into daily life
Medication sessions are by donation and sessions last for up to 30 minutes.

"I honor lessons learned in loss and I find comfort in knowing this ending is not my undoing – it’s my becoming."
The first step is to request a phone or Zoom call so we can meet. During this introductory chat, we’ll get to know each other, and if you feel comfortable and believe I’m a good fit for your needs, we can move forward from there. This initial meet-and-greet typically lasts between 10 to 40 minutes, depending on your questions and how I can best support you.
After our conversation, I’ll send you an engagement letter with coaching options, session details, and rates for you to review. Once you return the signed letter confirming you’d like to move forward, we can schedule your first session—or book several in advance, depending on what feels right for you. My goal is to keep the process simple and supportive.
Reflect, Adjust, and Progress is a reminder that healing isn’t linear—it’s about tuning in, making mindful shifts, and moving forward at your own pace. Together, we’ll explore what’s coming up for you, gently adjust what no longer serves you, and create space for steady, meaningful progress toward feeling more grounded and confident.
