As a professional divorce coach, I offer compassionate, practical support to help you navigate every stage—whether you’re facing the legal logistics, the emotional impact, or the internal healing that follows. Together, we’ll focus on one or all aspects of the divorce process: the business of divorce, the deeper personal work, and the empowering steps that move you forward with purpose. Each session is designed to meet you where you are and guide you toward a stronger, more centered version of yourself.
Compassionate Guidance to Help You Heal, Rebuild, and Move Forward with Confidence
Divorce is one of life’s most emotionally complex and personally challenging experiences. Whether you initiated the separation or are grappling with unexpected changes, the process can feel overwhelming—filled with uncertainty, emotional pain, legal complexities, and decisions that can impact your future. As your personal divorce coach, I’m here to help you gain clarity and strength while being supported in your unique circumstance.
A divorce coach is a trained professional who provides emotional support, strategic guidance, and practical tools to help you move through transitions of divorce with greater clarity and in alignment with your values. A divorce coach helps you manage the here and now—offering action-oriented support to help you make informed, thoughtful decisions, stay grounded, and confidently move forward.
My role as your coach is to walk alongside you—providing a non-judgmental, supportive space where you can process emotions, gain clarity, set boundaries, communicate effectively, and reclaim your sense of self throughout and beyond the divorce process.
By being organized with documentation and narrowing in on important questions to seek advice on.
Each coaching session is a personalized experience designed to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered. While every person’s journey is different, we may focus on:
We’ll explore the emotional landscape of your divorce—including grief, anger, confusion, fear, or relief—and create space for you to process those feelings in a healthy, supported way. My goal is to help you feel, but not be overwhelmed by your emotions.
You may feel stuck, unsure where to begin. Together, we’ll break down your situation into manageable steps. Whether it’s preparing to tell your spouse, talking to your kids, or organizing paperwork for a lawyer, you’ll leave sessions with a clear plan of action.
Divorce is both emotional and logistical. I’ll help you get organized, and work more effectively with professionals such as your lawyer.
We’ll work on setting boundaries, using neutral language, and choosing what’s worth your energy—so you can protect your peace and communicate with more confidence and intention.
Divorce often brings an identity shift—especially if your role was tied closely to being a partner or parent. Through gentle coaching and values-based reflection, we’ll explore who you are now, what matters most, and how to build a fulfilling life that reflects your true self.
You may not know what your next chapter looks like—and that’s okay. I’ll help you uncover your goals, create a vision for your post-divorce life, and take steps toward an empowered future.

Divorce can feel isolating, but you don’t have to go through it alone. As your divorce coach, I bring a unique combination of compassionate presence, lived experience, and practical tools. My coaching style is heart-centered yet forward-focused. I’m not here to tell you what to do—but to walk beside you, ask powerful questions, and support you in making decisions that are right for you.
Common Topics We Explore:

Rebuilding confidence and self-worth
Letting go of guilt, shame, or anger
Discussing parenting planning & co-parenting
Self-care, boundaries, self-identity
No topic is too big or too small—if it matters to you, it matters in our sessions.
While coaching and therapy can work beautifully together, it’s important to understand the difference. I cannot diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Instead, I help you discover options to make decisions, get unstuck, and move forward with greater confidence and clarity. If therapy is something you feel would add, or be the direction you want to move in, I can happily refer you.
If you’re ready to feel more grounded, supported, and empowered, I invite you to book a free call. We’ll talk about where you are now, what kind of support you need, and how I can best help you move forward.
You don’t have to go through this alone. As your divorce coach, I’m here to walk beside you—every step of the way.
The first step is to request a phone or Zoom call so we can meet. During this introductory chat, we’ll get to know each other, and if you feel comfortable and believe I’m a good fit for your needs, we can move forward from there. This initial meet-and-greet typically lasts between 10 to 40 minutes, depending on your questions and how I can best support you.
After our conversation, I’ll send you an engagement letter with coaching options, session details, and rates for you to review. Once you return the signed letter confirming you’d like to move forward, we can schedule your first session—or book several in advance, depending on what feels right for you. My goal is to keep the process simple and supportive.
Reflect, Adjust, and Progress is a reminder that healing isn’t linear—it’s about tuning in, making mindful shifts, and moving forward at your own pace. Together, we’ll explore what’s coming up for you, gently adjust what no longer serves you, and create space for steady, meaningful progress toward feeling more grounded and confident.
