With a child-centered focus, these sessions provide a structured space to discuss parenting considerations, clarify priorities, and explore what may work for your family’s changing needs.
These sessions are not legal advice and do not involve recommending legal parenting arrangements or legal guidance.
Navigating parenting after separation or divorce can be one of the most emotionally complex and logistically challenging aspects of family transition. Decisions around communication, routines, and long-term planning require clarity, flexibility, and compassion.
I offer Parenting Apart Sessions — a supportive space to explore what parenting may look like after separation or divorce. We’ll focus on understanding priorities that align with your values.
These sessions are not legal advice – they are safe, structured exploratory conversations.
These sessions are ideal for:
Parents navigating parenting decisions after separation or divorce
Parents entering or currently navigating co-parenting dynamics
Individuals who want greater clarity before discussing matters with their lawyer
Those who want to “think out loud,” explore what is and isn’t working, and make space
for important considerations
Sessions will provide meaningful insight to support changing dynamics.

Parenting during and after separation is hard. You’re balancing your own healing, your child’s needs, and the logistics of a life that may look nothing like what you imagined.
Let’s discuss parenting apart that reflects your love, your values, and your hope for the future.

The first step is to request a phone or Zoom call so we can meet. During this introductory chat, we’ll get to know each other, and if you feel comfortable and believe I’m a good fit for your needs, we can move forward from there. This initial meet-and-greet typically lasts between 10 to 40 minutes, depending on your questions and how I can best support you.
After our conversation, I’ll send you an engagement letter with coaching options, session details, and rates for you to review. Once you return the signed letter confirming you’d like to move forward, we can schedule your first session—or book several in advance, depending on what feels right for you. My goal is to keep the process simple and supportive.
Reflect, Adjust, and Progress is a reminder that healing isn’t linear—it’s about tuning in, making mindful shifts, and moving forward at your own pace. Together, we’ll explore what’s coming up for you, gently adjust what no longer serves you, and create space for steady, meaningful progress toward feeling more grounded and confident.
