Learn practical strategies for cooperative co-parenting, communication skills, and transition with the aim of prioritizing your child’s ease into a changing family dynamic.
Co-parenting after separation or divorce can feel like navigating a minefield—especially when emotions are still raw and communication has broken down. But it doesn’t have to be that way. These Co-Parenting Support Sessions are designed to help you minimize confusion or conflict
As a certified divorce coach, I work with parents to create healthy, respectful communication strategies, set boundaries, and keep the focus where it belongs: on your children’s emotional well-being.
You’re not expected to have it all figured out. These sessions offer a safe, judgment-free space to explore challenges, develop tools, and create parenting dynamics that support both you and your kids—now and in the future.
These sessions are designed for:
Parents who feel stuck in unproductive cycles with their ex-partner
Recently separated parents who want to start co-parenting off on the right foot
Individuals looking to create a child-centred, respectful parenting dynamic
Anyone navigating blended families, long-distance parenting, or step-parent roles
These co-parenting coaching sessions are flexible, personalized, and always grounded in empathy. Here are just a few of the topics we can explore:
Learn how to set clear boundaries, defuse conflict, and communicate in ways that are constructive—not combative. We’ll explore neutral language, email and text etiquette, and ways to protect your peace while co-parenting effectively.
Co-parenting can bring up unresolved emotional pain. Together, we’ll identify common triggers and develop healthy strategies to respond—rather than react—in tense moments.
Refocus your energy on what matters most: your children’s stability and well-being. We’ll explore how to keep their needs front and center, even when you and your co-parent disagree.
Improve communication with your co-parent
Set and maintain healthy boundaries
Reduce stress, guilt, and emotional exhaustion
Create a more stable environment for your children
Gain practical strategies
Feel empowered and in control—even when things are uncertain
Even if your separation was painful… even if you’re dealing with a high-conflict ex… even if you’ve tried everything—there is still a path to peace.
These sessions aren’t about making everything perfect. They’re about making things better, for you and your children. You deserve a co-parenting experience that is respectful, manageable, and emotionally sustainable.

Co-parenting requires clarity, emotional regulation, and practical planning—all of which can be cultivated with compassion, accountability, and a flexible approach.
The first step is to request a phone or Zoom call so we can meet. During this introductory chat, we’ll get to know each other, and if you feel comfortable and believe I’m a good fit for your needs, we can move forward from there. This initial meet-and-greet typically lasts between 10 to 40 minutes, depending on your questions and how I can best support you.
After our conversation, I’ll send you an engagement letter with coaching options, session details, and rates for you to review. Once you return the signed letter confirming you’d like to move forward, we can schedule your first session—or book several in advance, depending on what feels right for you. My goal is to keep the process simple and supportive.
Reflect, Adjust, and Progress is a reminder that healing isn’t linear—it’s about tuning in, making mindful shifts, and moving forward at your own pace. Together, we’ll explore what’s coming up for you, gently adjust what no longer serves you, and create space for steady, meaningful progress toward feeling more grounded and confident.
