With a child-centered focus, we will have thoughtful discussions anchored by designed parenting planning that meets your family’s unique needs and circumstances.
Navigating parenting after separation or divorce can be one of the most emotionally complex and logistically challenging aspects of family transition. Decisions around communication, routines, and long-term planning require clarity, flexibility, and compassion.
That’s why I offer Strategic Parenting Planning Sessions—personalized coaching designed to help you approach parenting decisions with intention, grounded communication, and confidence in what’s best for your children.
These sessions are not legal advice. They are safe, structured conversations rooted in empowerment, emotional insight, and practical planning. Together, we’ll co-create a parenting roadmap that reflects your values, honors your child’s needs, and supports a healthier post-divorce dynamic.
These sessions are ideal for:
Parents working to build parenting arrangements
Parents entering or currently navigating co-parenting dynamics
Individuals who want clarity before formalizing legal agreements
Those who want to “think out loud” about parenting planning, discuss what works versus what does not or want to make space for important considerations.
Sessions will provide meaningful insight to support changing dynamics.

Gain clarity around parenting goals
Discuss or revisit your parenting plan
Promote flexibility in a changing environment
Feel supported and validated throughout the parenting transition process

Parenting during and after separation is hard. You’re balancing your own healing, your child’s needs, and the logistics of a life that may look nothing like what you imagined.
Let’s discuss parenting plans that reflect your love, your values, and your hope for the future.
The first step is to request a phone or Zoom call so we can meet. During this introductory chat, we’ll get to know each other, and if you feel comfortable and believe I’m a good fit for your needs, we can move forward from there. This initial meet-and-greet typically lasts between 10 to 40 minutes, depending on your questions and how I can best support you.
After our conversation, I’ll send you an engagement letter with coaching options, session details, and rates for you to review. Once you return the signed letter confirming you’d like to move forward, we can schedule your first session—or book several in advance, depending on what feels right for you. My goal is to keep the process simple and supportive.
Reflect, Adjust, and Progress is a reminder that healing isn’t linear—it’s about tuning in, making mindful shifts, and moving forward at your own pace. Together, we’ll explore what’s coming up for you, gently adjust what no longer serves you, and create space for steady, meaningful progress toward feeling more grounded and confident.
